Every year, young specialists of various specialties come to work at the Dubrovenskaya District Hospital. This year was no exception. The walls of the healthcare institution will become home for nine young specialists: an ophthalmologist, six mid-level medical workers and two local network administrators.Welcoming new members of the workforce, the hospital administration and trade union committee held a dialogue platform with young specialists. From the very first days of work of young specialists, the chief physician Alexey Korotkiy and representatives of the trade union try to talk to each of them, to find out if help is needed.

In an open dialogue, young specialists learned not only about their rights and responsibilities, guarantees and compensations, but also paid attention to the internal work regulations and labor protection, as well as issues of salary calculation and material incentives.

— The beginning of the working path is very important for every young specialist, — noted Alexey Vasilyevich. — After all, his further professional path and the desire to stay in the chosen profession, to gain a foothold in the first job largely depend on how we receive him, what support we provide, how we help him to get involved in the work process.
