Dubroventsev are provided with containers for garbage collection

 

In Dubrovno, the provision of private households with free containers for separate garbage collection continues. These works are funded by the Orsha Special Automobile Plant and the state institution Operator of Secondary Material Resources. There are two yellow and black containers for separate garbage collection per household. All tanks are hermetically sealed, which means that animals and birds will not carry garbage. In addition, the containers are compact, which makes it easy for them to find a place to install on the territory of households. Specialists, leaving containers, explain to the population how to properly sort garbage into containers and what should not be put in them. These are, for example, batteries, construction waste, energy-saving lamps, hot ash and flammable items.
Currently, sets of two containers are distributed free of charge and indefinitely for residents of the private sector of Dubrovno. However, it must be remembered that the containers remain in the ownership of the Orsha Special Depot, the tenants become only their responsible tenants under the act of transfer under a security obligation. That is, it is impossible to sell containers. In case of their loss, the utilities have the right to regard it as theft and file an application with law enforcement agencies. The repair of a broken container will also be carried out at the expense of the residents, so you need to treat this property carefully.

The most important point is about why there are two containers and which one is intended for what. So, the yellow container is for secondary material resources that can be recycled. Here you need to load glass bottles, cans, as well as broken glass containers, cardboard and paper packaging, newspapers, magazines and other waste paper, PET bottles from water, beverages, containers from cosmetics, household and automotive chemicals, you can even household scrap metal.

Mixed waste is collected in a black container. These include leftovers, food-contaminated paper, cardboard, plastic bags, as well as old clothes, shoes, textiles, haberdashery, stationery, decorative cosmetics, diapers and sanitary paper.

Employees of the Orsha Special Depot ask that the contents of containers, especially for VMR, be loaded into them as compactly as possible: for example, waste paper should not be scattered, but folded as tightly as possible, PET bottles should at least be compressed as much as possible.

The export of these containers will be carried out according to the schedule for the private sector. It is advisable to put filled containers on the day of export according to the schedule behind the gate, closer to the roadway. We remind you that it is prohibited to place construction waste, branches, leaves and other organic waste of flora and fauna in individual containers (black and yellow) for solid municipal waste (MSW) and collection of secondary material resources (WMR).

Worn-out tires and old furniture can be independently transported to a specialized site for these wastes. So, in Dubrovno there are two such sites: in the area of Vokzalnaya Street and recently equipped on the lane.Krasnoarmeysky in the area of the old brick factory.

The removal of construction and bulky debris in large volumes is also carried out upon prior request on a fee basis.

It is clear that it is hardly possible to instantly learn how to accurately separate waste, but it is worth striving for this. Communal services remind you that failure to comply with waste collection requirements is subject to liability under article 16.44 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus.

In the autumn-spring period, the Dubrovenskaya District Inspectorate of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection intensified work on identifying natural landfills, carrying out measures to control the prevention of waste disposal in unidentified places by individuals and legal entities. Putting things in order on a land plot, in a house, apartment, or enterprise is always accompanied by the formation of waste, which must be placed in strictly defined places specified in the Scheme for Handling solid municipal waste generated on the territory of the Dubrovensky district, or in the Instructions for handling waste produced by enterprises. The resulting waste must be disposed of for burial or use (recycling). The disposal of waste outside authorized places, the formation of spontaneous landfills is prohibited. Spontaneous landfills not only spoil the aesthetic appearance of the area, but also pose an immediate threat to the environment, polluting it with chemicals, getting into the soil and groundwater, and further affecting human health, wildlife and flora. For violation of the requirements of environmental legislation, waste disposal in prohibited places is subject to administrative liability in the form of a fine for individuals up to 30 basic units, for legal entities up to 1000 basic units. We urge citizens to report the facts of unauthorized waste disposal and actively participate in environmental protection activities.
