"Attention, children!"

 

On the eve of the new school year, from August 25 to September 5, a special complex event “Attention – Children!” will be held in Dubrovenshchina.

- These days, transport must move with low beam headlights on during daylight hours - to attract the attention of children and all road users. The State Traffic Inspectorate calls on drivers to be extremely careful when driving near children's institutions, passing unregulated pedestrian crossings, stops and especially in courtyards, - noted the State Traffic Inspectorate Department of the Dubrovensky District Executive Committee.

During the campaign, traffic police inspectors will conduct preventive measures for children and teenagers, visit work collectives, explain to adults the causes and consequences of accidents involving children, remind them of the rules for the safe transportation of minors, responsibility for violating traffic rules, as well as the need for a personal example of correct and safe behavior on the road.

The traffic police will also conduct raids to prevent traffic violations. Particular attention will be paid to drivers' compliance with speed limits, rules for driving at pedestrian crossings, and the safe transportation of childre
