A health marathon was held in Dubrovno

A healthy lifestyle is the only lifestyle that can ensure the restoration, preservation and improvement of public health. Therefore, the formation of this lifestyle among the population is the most important social task of national importance. The issues of a healthy lifestyle for young people are especially relevant. Useful habits help to form a harmoniously developed personality, while harmful ones slow down its formation. This is well understood by young residents of Dubrovia, who themselves lead a healthy lifestyle and actively promote it among their peers.

On December 1, World AIDS Day was celebrated worldwide. On the eve of this day, the district health marathon "Health is everyone's choice", which has already become traditional, was held in the Dubro region, in which students from schools of the city and the district took part.

The event was opened by Marina Syromolotova, an epidemiologist at the Dubrovensky District Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology, who told the audience about the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

The marathon participants had to prepare story photographs for the exhibition "The Future IS US!", reflecting a healthy lifestyle on them. The Healthy Generation team from A.A.Nikandrova Secondary School No. 1 in Dubrovno coped with this task the best.

In the "Green Light for Health" video contest, the participants clearly showed how they introduce others to a healthy lifestyle. The Healthy Generation team also became the winners in this nomination.

In the contest "We make our own choice", the first place was shared by the teams of A.A. Nikandrova Dubrovno Secondary School No. 1 and Y. Smirnov Dubrovno Secondary School No. 2.

The performance of the anti-gang brigades once again reminded everyone present of the precautions that must be followed in order not to get infected with the plague of the XXI century. It is worth noting that AIDS is a very dangerous disease that claims about two million human lives every year. It is very important to know and remember that no one is immune from this disease, and no cure has been found for it.
