The number of owners of two or more apartments in Vitebsk Oblast increased by almost 13% compared with the data for 2018, the press center of the oblast tax inspectorate reported. According to the results of tax accounting, conducted in 2019, of property payments, 31 thousand individuals were identified who own more than one apartment in multi-unit and blocked residential buildings.
