The meeting of the oblast executive committee: In Vitebsk Oblast, the prevention of occupational injuries will be intensified

Prevention of occupational injuries should be aimed at the middle personnel.

This opinion was expressed by Oleg Matskevich, First Deputy Chairman of Vitebsk Oblast Executive

Committee, at a meeting on the implementation of Directive No. 1 On Measures to

Strengthen Public Safety and Discipline in the oblast.

Alexander Khristoforov, chairman of the committee on labor, employment and social protection of

the oblastl executive committee, said that 887 people died from external causes in the region over

9 months, which is 25 more compared to the same period last year.
