Oblast charity holiday will bring together 950 children in Vitebsk

 In Vitebsk, the governor's tree will bring together 950 children from all cities and regions ofthe oblast, the main education department of Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee said. The traditional oblast charity festival will be held on December 27 and will bring together children from 8 to 14 years old in Vitebsk concert hall.
