The City Executive Committee charged the private unitary enterprise VestOptTsentr, open joint-

stock companies Vitebsk Hladokombinat, Grocery Vitebsk, Nika to ensure the accumulation of food

products, including champagne, confectionery, gift sets and their delivery at the request of trade

organizations.
