In the Vitebsk region, an entrepreneur was punished for failure to comply with the recommendations of the tax authorities to eliminate violations
Based on the results of the monitoring conducted in 2024, the tax authorities of the Vitebsk region sent recommendations on the elimination of the identified violations on a voluntary basis to 35 business entities. As a result, after repeated monitoring, only one entrepreneur was brought to administrative responsibility for their non-implementation.
According to the press center of the regional tax inspectorate, during the monitoring, facts of violations of the established procedure for accepting cash, labeling goods, facts of attracting persons to work without registration of labor relations with them were revealed.
