«I want to work and live here». What has changed in Orsha region for 2019?

Little Switzerland. That is what many Orsha residents call their region now. Indeed, since the President signed Decree No. 506 “On the Development of Orsha Region of the Vitebsk Oblast”, great transformations have taken place in all areas that contribute to a more comfortable and cozy life for the population.

And over the past year, another important step has been taken in this direction - a pilot project has been implemented to introduce an improved system of state social standards for servicing the population of Orsha Region. It started as part of the Decree of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 46 of January 22, 2019
