In the Vitebsk region there is a negative trend towards an increase in the number cases of late payments by state employers allowances for families raising children. According to the norms of Article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated December 29, 2012 No. 7-Z “On state benefits to families raising children "(hereinafter - the Law) obligation to timely and fully pay the specified benefits assigned to the employer.
