The XXXIII Open Festival of Author's Song, Poetry and Visual Arts "Vitebsk Liaf Fall" will be held on October 17-20 in the oblast center, Vitebsk Culture Center said. The forum will bring together musicians, poets, artists and performers. Representatives of Belarus, Israel, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, New Zealand, Russia, the USA and Ukraine will take part in it.
