About 2.5 million rubles were obtained at auctions of Vitebskoblimushestvo committee this year

The building of the former hostel of Polotsk College of Chemical Technology, which is a historical and cultural value, has become the most expensive auction item sold in 2019 at auctions of Vitebskoblimuschestvo committee. Е It was acquired by a company from Novopolotsk for almost 565 thousand rubles.

In the historical building zone of Polotsk community center on F. Skorina Avenue, the investor intends to revive the hotel complex called the Grand Hotel that existed in this building in the 19th century, as well as create related facilities for the entertainment industry. The project is planned to be implemented within about two years.
