In December, State Property Committee of Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee put up for auction 85 lots, including 25 lots for auction with the establishment of the initial sale price, one base amount for each real estate object (now it is 25.5 rubles), and for 60 lots the price sales equal to the appraised value or reduced by 20%, 50%, 80%.
