A business forum of Belarus and the Tyumen region was held in Minsk

The business forum of Belarus and the Tyumen region of the Russian Federation was held on February 19 in Minsk, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The event was organized by the BelCCI as part of a visit to Belarus by a delegation of Tyumen business circles under the auspices of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Tyumen Region with the aim of establishing primary contacts between companies, exchanging information about needs and proposals, and searching for potential partners for further cooperation.Deputy Chairman of the BelCCI Denis Meleshkin noted that in recent years this is the first major event with the Tyumen region. Belarus has a lot to offer its guests: widely developed industry, agriculture, energy. Representatives of the Russian region saw this with their own eyes when visiting Belarusian enterprises, the BelCCI noted.Denis Meleshkin expressed confidence that for representatives of the Tyumen region, the entire range of events in the Belarusian capital will be rich and productive, and the result will be the establishment of promising contacts for both sides.Deputy Minister of Energy Denis Moroz is convinced that such meetings and negotiations will become a good foundation for the development of relations between the two countries: “Among the regions of the Russian Federation, the Tyumen region has the first place in terms of trade turnover. Today a historic event is taking place - the composition of the delegation is as wide as possible, the reason is absolute mutual interest in developing our relationships. By joining forces, we need to help businesses build relationships so that people can find common ground, discuss current problems and develop approaches for the future."The President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Tyumen Region, Olga Ezikeeva, is confident in the progressive development of relations between the parties: “We can safely say that we will return home with new agreements and areas of cooperation.”One of the effective tools for strengthening and expanding trade and economic cooperation between Belarus and the Tyumen region of Russia are B2B negotiations, which are regularly held as part of various business events, such as exhibitions, forums, conferences, seminars, etc. Today, B2B negotiations were held with representatives of more than 20 Tyumen enterprises and organizations working in such areas as the production of technological equipment for the oil and gas, energy and other industries, the production of petrochemical and electrical products, the development and production of trailed equipment for various purposes, the supply of spare parts for special equipment , production of treatment facilities, drilling equipment, metal structures, polypropylene mesh, production of rapeseed oil, information technology, leasing and others.
