For September, the committee "Vitsebskoblimushchestvo" has scheduled 47 auctions

For the month of September, the committee "Vitsebskoblimushchestvo" has scheduled 45 auctions for the sale of unused state property objects. In addition, the committee puts up for auction shares of two joint-stock companies-automobile transport and forwarding company in Vitebsk and Eton plant in Novolukoml.

The largest property offered in September is the production site of the former winery on the street. Pokrovskaya Street in Vitebsk.

The complex of buildings is located in the historical part of the city, in the area where Chagall once lived.

After the plant was liquidated in 2017, the state still owns an unused complex of objects, which includes an administrative building with the status of historical and cultural value of the 3rd category.

There are also two production buildings, an oatmeal cookie shop, a wine storage facility, an alcohol storage facility, a warehouse, a checkpoint, and engineering networks. The total area of capital buildings is more than 5000 sq. m.

The new owner will be granted a land plot of almost 2 hectares. In accordance with the purpose of the land plot, it is possible to place a complex of multi-apartment and manor buildings, or public facilities.

Over the past year, the committee has already put the object up for auction 7 times without success.

In September, the winery is offered for sale at auction with a 30% price reduction.

The largest of the objects sold in August was the school building in Chashniki, which was bought at auction for a basic amount by a private medical company from Russia. On the basis of the school, with an area of more than 3000 sq. m., it is planned to open a rehabilitation center for cardiological patients.

The center is planned to be equipped with modern equipment to restore body functions lost after a stroke and heart attack.

In the future, the investor is considering expanding its presence in Belarus by creating a network of similar centers, which are supposed to be located in small settlements in other regions.

In just 8 months of this year, 96 unused objects of state property were involved in economic turnover by selling them at auction, which significantly exceeds last year's figures.
