Precise operation of
new ameliorative machines of Belarusian make was demonstrated as modernized
shops of OAO Amkodor-KEZ were opened in the town of Kokhanovo, Tolochin
District, Vitebsk Oblast, BelTA has learned.
Prime Minister of
Belarus Roman Golovchenko took part in the solemn ceremony. He was made
familiar with the company's latest products, including those made in June 2021.
He talked to specialists and learned about advantages of the machines and their
performance. Some of the models are truly unique. Their performance has been
increased by up to ten times.
The prime minister
also personally tested the comfort of the driver's cab of some of the machines
on display. Roman Golovchenko also tested Belarus' first tracked excavator with
the bucket volume of 1m3. The excavator rolled off the assembly line on 23
July. It will be used in civil engineering, housing and road construction,
industrial construction, and during ameliorative operations. The new excavator
can also dig frozen earth as well as preliminarily loosened frozen soil and
rock. The Kokhanovo-made powerful bulldozers can be used for fighting fires.
Their work was demonstrated in the testing area of the enterprise. The visitors
saw that these machines can handle heat, hail, and unstable soil and can be
driven by a delicate girl.
Amkodor-KEZ's product
choice includes 11 titles. The enterprise was founded in 1974 and initially
specialized in maintenance and repairs of excavators. Nowadays it is a modern
factory that makes machines of the future. The enterprise became part of the
holding company Amkodor in 2013. It has been gradually modernized since then.
Over Br25 million has been invested in retooling. Amkodor-KEZ is Belarus' only
manufacturer of ameliorative machines and single-bucket hydraulic excavators on
wheeled chassis and tracked chassis, trench-cutting machines, tracked
bulldozers, and other specialized machines. Amkodor-KEZ's machines can operate
in swampy areas and on soft ground.
