The heating season has ended in Vitebsk Oblast
In Vitebsk Oblast, it was decided to end the heating season from April 30, the head department of the housing and communal services of Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee said.
Phased shutdown of heat will begin with housing, administrative and industrial buildings, kindergartens and schools, with the exception of medical facilities, hospitals, nursing homes for the elderly and disabled, 24-hour departments forlonely elderly people at the Center for Public Health Services.
