Students and schoolchildren were invited to participate in a video competition on an environmental theme
University students and schoolchildren from all regions of Belarus can take part in the environmental mini-video competition “A Minute through the Eyes of a Geoecologist”. To do this, you must shoot a video up to one minute in length by December 20 inclusive. In your work, for example, you can show landscapes, the nature of the places of birth, study, growing up, and where relatives and friends lived. Work can be individual or collective.
The video must be sent by emailkafgeoecol@mail.ru, to the telegram channel or to the administrator of the VKontakte group. The covering letter should indicate the title of the video, full name of the authors, educational institution, for students - the course of study, and for school students - the city, school number and class.
The jury will determine the best works. The winner in the People's Choice Award nomination will be chosen through online voting on social networks. The authors of the best videos will receive diplomas and memorable prizes.
The results of the competition will be summed up on December 22 and published on the website and social networks of the Faculty of Geography and Geoinformatics (FGiG). The ceremonial awarding of the laureates and the demonstration of videos are planned in March 2024 at the ceremonial meeting of the student scientific circle of the Department of Geographical Ecology, timed to coincide with the Geographer’s Days. The organizer of the event is the Department of Geographic Ecology of the FGiG BSU.
