An interactive map of the Russian Federation in construction will allow organizations to identify priority Russian regions for cooperation. First Deputy Minister of Architecture and Construction of Belarus Oleg Shvets told reporters about this, BELTA correspondent reports.

Today, the Ministry of Construction and Architecture held a presentation of the functionality of an interactive map of the economic efficiency of exporting construction services on the territory of the Russian Federation for Belarusian enterprises. The map was developed within the framework of the information and analytical portal budexport.by, which online provides all the necessary information for domestic contracting organizations.

What are the advantages of an interactive construction map of the Russian Federation, the developer explained

"The idea of ​​systematizing work in the field of construction services is not new. We have extensive experience with many regions of Russia and the EAEU countries. Systematic work that would allow our organizations to navigate the field of providing construction services, to identify for ourselves those regions where we can be guaranteed to receive profit was always in the air and was finally realized,” he noted.

According to Oleg Shvets, the platform is divided by region and highlighted in colors, which will help exporters identify priority regions for developing cooperation. “We continue to systematize information for each area,” he said. “This is a whole complex that will allow anyone to determine the area for themselves, view the programs and see the need of each region for a certain type of construction.”

The platform will also be used as a platform for enhancing mutual Belarusian-Russian cooperation, including interregional, through negotiations with the Russian side in the format of video conferences involving a wide range of interested business entities.

The Ministry of Construction and Architecture wants to involve not only organizations and government agencies in this work. "We have approved for ourselves the procedure for holding these conferences. It is assumed that those who wish can take part in this work by simply registering on the portal. This will also attract commercial organizations that do not have such information. This is the resource on which we rely. Work on the map lasted about a year. Over the course of another year, it was adapted to reality and tested. It is expected that not only the Belarusian side, but also the Russian side will participate in the further development and updating of the map. “The map is already a system document that allows you to obtain the information of interest in a matter of minutes,” noted the first deputy minister.
