CSTO: Belarus’ decisive actions have cooled some hot heads abroad

 

Belarus’ decisive actions in security have cooled the hot heads of ill-wishers abroad, Yuri Shuvalov, representative of the CSTO Secretariat said opening the roundtable to discuss the cooperation in the information and analytical sector with the focus on predicting challenges and threats to collective security on 16 May, BelTA has learned.

“The CSTO is grateful to Belarus for its decisive actions that have largely cooled the heads of our ill-wishers abroad,” Yuri Shuvalov said.

In his words, on the initiative of Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko, the CSTO intensified its analytical activities. “Belarus made a huge contribution to collective security in 2023. The CSTO continues the work that has been launched on the initiative of the president of Belarus. It is very important and relevant,” the CSTO representative stressed.
