The Economy Committee of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee announces a competition of investment projects of business entities to provide state financial support

State financial support is provided to small businesses of the Vitebsk region implementing investment projects, business projects, for the purpose of construction, acquisition of capital structures (buildings, structures), isolated premises and (or) their repair and reconstruction, purchase of equipment, vehicles, special devices and devices, purchase of components, raw materials and materials for their own production and provision of services.

State financial support is provided by providing:

subsidies for reimbursement of part of the interest for the use of bank loans,

subsidies to reimburse part of the costs of paying lease payments under finance lease agreements.

A prerequisite for the provision of state financial support on a competitive basis to business entities is the creation of new jobs.

Reimbursement of part of the interest for the use of bank loans received:

in Belarusian rubles, is carried out in the amount of not more than 0.5 of the refinancing rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus, established on the date of reimbursement of part of the interest;

in foreign currency – in the amount of no more than 0.5 of the loan rate.

Reimbursement is made in Belarusian rubles at the official exchange rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus on the date of the decision on reimbursement of part of the interest.

Reimbursement of part of the costs for the payment of lease payments under finance lease agreements shall be made in the amount not exceeding 0.5 of the lessor's remuneration (income).

In case of acquisition of leasing objects for foreign currency, reimbursement of part of the costs of payment of lease payments shall be made in Belarusian rubles at the official exchange rate of the National Bank as of the date of the decision on reimbursement of part of the costs of these payments.

Acceptance of documents for participation in the competition is carried out by the Economy Committee of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee.
