At the 32nd International Food Exhibition "Peterfood-2023" in St. Petersburg, the staff of the Pastovsky Dairy Plant presented its products. In particular, suppliers presented a novelty of the year - dry cheese "Cheeseballs".

This product - cheese balls with red onions with a mass fraction of fat in dry matter of 43% - was developed in 2022, and it was launched into mass production.

Juries and participants of the exhibition evaluated the cheese balls according to their merits. As a result - in the nomination "Innovations in technology.

According to the head of the plant's sales department Alena Antanovich, their main good quality is naturalness. Cheese balls with onion, smoked paprika, garlic, smoked flavor and salt made a sensation at the exhibition. Postav dairy plant is the only one in our country that produces such products. After the "Peterfood-2023" forum, there were many people who wanted to implement the novelty in Russia.

The last exhibition had a wide international representation. China, Turkey, the Philippines, Vietnam and India participated in it, with a total of more than 80 retailers. Such forums provide the widest opportunities for establishing business contacts, allow you to participate in marketing workshops, round tables, exchange ideas and best practices.
