At the end of the last week in Liozno took place registration of the production and trade unitary enterprise «Kommunarka — Liozno», founder of which is SOAO «Kommunarka».

At this enterprise, within the framework of the investment project «One district –, one project» will produce candies based on milk powder. Sweets are planned to be exported, domestic market and educational institutions of Belarus.

At the enterprise, which will be located on the areas of the finished, former production shop of JSC «Polotsky dairy plant», it is planned to organize more than 20 jobs.

– Opening of a new unit of SOAO «Kommunarka» is archival, because the development of industry in the area of – is one of our main tasks. Thanks to the creation of a new enterprise, we can provide jobs not only to the local population, but also to attract those citizens who go to work in the neighboring Rudnyansky district of the Russian Federation, as the migration of the labour force today significantly affects the overall socio-economic development of the region, – noted the deputy chairman of the Lioznensky regional executive committee Vitaly Lavrinov. – Dry milk from which the products will be produced is very useful for children, so the opening of the enterprise – is a contribution to the future. It is important that we will teach children to quality nutrition. Also, thanks to the creation of a new unit in our area, the assortment list of SOAO «Kommunarka» will expand.

Recall, in July 2023, the head of state proposed to organize the production of candy from pressed dry milk, which are very popular in China. In two weeks, the trial batch of candy was released by JSC «Red food, and after the experimental samples were developed by scientists of the National Food Center of the National Academy of Sciences together with specialists of the concern »Belgospischeprom« and SOAO »Kommunarka«. The candies were made of pressed dry milk, serum, lactose and fruit filler.
