For the attention of citizens

The State Enterprise "UKS of the City of Polotsk" offers all citizens and legal entities to take part in the shared construction of apartments at their own expense and (or) a bank loan on general terms in residential buildings, the construction of which is carried out in microdistrict No 7 of the residential area "Airport" in the city of Polotsk.

The cost of 1 sq. meter:- for citizens registered as needy, from 1,830 rubles;- for citizens who are not registered as needy, from 1,882 rubles.

In addition, there are two vacant apartments (one-room on the 1st, two-room on the 9th floor) of the nine-storey residential building No 711, which will be commissioned in August 2024.

The construction of apartments is carried out without interior finishing work. The estimated cost is 69,000, 91,000 rubles.
