The delegation of the Vitebsk region headed by Alexander Subbotin and the assistant to the President of the Republic of Belarus - inspector for the Vitebsk region Sergei Levkovich is taking part in the patriotic forum "If we are united", which is taking place in the "Minsk Arena".The program includes speeches by famous speakers who will talk about the path of Belarusians to integrity and their understanding of the significance of this holiday.
