It is dangerous to swim in a state of intoxication, in prohibited and undesignated places, to sail on a boat that is defective or not equipped with life-saving equipment, to sit on its sides, to change from place to place or from one boat to another while moving.

Those who do not know how to swim cannot use boats, inflatables, other items that are not equipped with special devices for swimming.

During this period, special attention should be paid to minors. Sometimes parents let their children go alone to places of mass recreation without providing proper supervision. As a result, the main type of offense committed by minors is drinking alcohol and appearing drunk in public places.
