Andrei Lushchinsky calls himself a workaholic and has been accustomed to work since childhood, since his parents kept a large farm: two cows, a horse, three pigs, 16 - 20 sheep, several dozen turkeys, chickens, geese. Therefore, there was enough work for all household members.
After graduating from the Gorodok State Farm Technical School, Andrei Lushchinsky worked in the agriculture of the Sennen region - as the head of workshops and chief engineer. Then his wife Alesya bought a house in the regional center. Came into the public utilities sector fifteen years ago. He started as a limber when preparing firewood for the heating season. He trained as a boiler room operator and became a shift supervisor. Soon the director of the enterprise, noticing the employee’s responsible and conscientious attitude to his duties, offered the position of foreman.
Andrey Lushchinsky is a father of many children. The eldest son Denis works as a policeman in Vitebsk, daughter Polina is studying to become a doctor in Minsk, and the youngest Yaroslav is still eight years old. By the way, Alesya’s wife is not inferior to our hero in hard work and dedication. She works in a rural store 15 km from the regional center; if necessary, she does not refuse to replace a sick colleague, going to the route of the auto shop. There is also enough time for housekeeping.
The boiler room master's hobbies include fishing, and he especially loves ice fishing. But in winter it’s difficult to get out to the lake; work rarely lets up. However, even in the summer, when active preparations for the heating season are underway, there is little time. However, if you manage to go out to the lake in the evening and sit in a boat with a fishing rod, then for Andrei Lushchinsky this is the best vacation.
