In October, the committee put up for auction 120 real estate objects. Among them there are also objects of historical and cultural value.
So, a former distillery located in the agro-town of Plamya, Senno district, is offered for sale at an auction for a basic value.
The buildings of the distillery are part of the complex of the Staraya Belitsa estate, built at the beginning of the XIX century. In the 17th and 18th centuries, the estate belonged to the Sapiehas, and later to the Svyatskys.
Under them, the Belitsa estate was one of the richest manor yards in the Belarusian lands. Here they purified alcohol, ground flour, peeled cereals, produced cheese and butter using the most modern technologies, which were sold throughout the Russian Empire.
The manor was also a center of culture. An amateur theater was created here. Many people rested in Belitsa, among whom were students, writers, artists. At one time, the future classic of Belarusian literature Yanka Kupala served here.
In Soviet times, an agricultural college was located here, then a state farm was created. The winery, the brick factory and the butter factory continued to work.
The initial sale price of the complex of distillery facilities is 200 rubles - one base value for each capital structure.
On the allocated land plots with an area of more than 1 hectare, it is possible to place administrative, social and cultural facilities, and use for entrepreneurial activities.
In total, for 9 months of this year, the committee held 91 effective auctions for the sale of unused state property. At the same time, the state budget was replenished in the amount of 5698792 rubles.
