MOSCOW, 22 February (BelTA) – Setting up joint Belarusian-Russian manufacturing facilities will be high on the agenda of a session of the commission on budget and finance of the Belarus-Russia Union State Parliamentary Assembly due in Vitebsk on 28 February, BelTA learned from the press service of the Parliamentary Assembly.
The participants in the meeting will discuss the problems and prospects for setting up Belarusian-Russian enterprises and their support within the framework of the Union State. The MPs willas be informed of the preliminary results of the Union State budget execution in 2017, on the status of budget execution in 2018 and the preparation of a new edition of the regulations on Union State programs.
The Union State MPs will consider the inclusion of new programs in the budget of the Union State for 2019-2021 and other issues.
The session will be also attended by representatives of the Belarus-Russia Union State Standing Committee, economic-financial and supervisory authorities of Belarus and Russia, officials of the Vitebsk City Hall and Vitebsk-based companies.
