In Dubrovno, the results of the Days of Work with the Population of the Dobrynsky Village Council were summed up
In September, residents of the Dobrynsky Village Council had the opportunity to personally communicate with the leadership of the district and representatives of various services responsible for the life support of the population. From September 16 to September 23, the traditional Days of Work with the Population were held on the territory of the village council. It should be noted that in this village council, most of the issues raised by residents a year ago have been resolved. This was stated by the chairman of the village executive committee Alexander Ryabchikov at the final meeting in the district executive committee.
"In particular, the issue with the post office in Svatoshitsy has been resolved. At the end of last year, the entrance group in the post office was redecorated, emergency trees and tree and shrub vegetation near the building were removed. Problems with the repair of the roadway in settlements are partially removed. UE Housing and Public Utilities "Dubrovno-Kommunalnik" carried out grading of Zelenaya Street in Svatoshitsy, in July, with the assistance of OJSC "Hero" (crushed stone was purchased, sand was delivered), work was carried out to repair the road surface on Novaya and Sadovaya streets in the agro-town.
The branch of DRSUNo108 filled the Khalaleevka-Velyka Dyatel highway, Lesnaya Street, Pnevichi village, Dobryn-Lanenka highway with a sand and gravel mixture.
Along with the profiling of roads assigned to this organization, a large amount of work was carried out on the territory of the village council to repair the road network. Asphalt-concrete pavement was laid from the auto road Dubrovno-Sova to Svatoshitsy and throughout the settlement of Svatoshitsy with a length of 3 km, as well as a section of the road from the Dobrynsky forest to Dobryn with a length of 2.9 km. In the agro-town itself, a new bus stop pavilion has been installed and public transport stops have been repaired," the chairman of the village council drew attention.
He also spoke about the work that was carried out to improve rural settlements. In addition to the employees of the housing and communal services and the Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Bakhovo", the residents themselves were actively involved in restoring order. The local population, deputies, elders took part in the clean-ups, patronage assistance was provided by OJSC "Hero". By joint efforts, civil and military burials were put in order, the streets of agro-towns were decorated with flower beds, ornamental shrubs and trees. There are no problems with unauthorized waste disposal on the territory of the village council. People understand that it depends only on them whether there will be cleanliness and order in their settlements.
A lot of work in the village council was carried out on the demolition of empty and dilapidated houses. In 2024 alone, 14 households were demolished, the land was reclaimed and involved in crop rotation. The work of local authorities in this direction is recognized as the best in the district.
Of course, the meeting did not limit itself to stating only positive results. During personal meetings with the population of the village council, issues were received that need to be resolved at the district and regional levels.
For example, the quality of cellular communication on the territory of the Dobrynsky village council has not improved even after contacting the MTS operator. Therefore, it was decided to involve deputies of the House of Representatives and the Council of the Republic in resolving the issue. The continuation of work related to the maintenance of roads, the issues of water supply, the construction of deironing stations and the range of goods in the stores of the district consumer association remain under the control of the district authorities, but often their solution requires the involvement of higher authorities, since all these organizations are branches. But even here, everything possible is being done to improve the quality of life of people.
Holding meetings in rural settlements of the district helps representatives of various services of the district executive committee to present a general picture in a particular village council, to consider the problems that have arisen on the ground, if necessary, to explain to the applicants possible solutions.
So, during a personal reception of citizens in the village of Dobryn, residents turned to the chairman of the district executive committee Anatoly Lukashov with requests for assistance in restoring order in the area where pine trees grow. Jackdaws, crows and rooks settled here. Birds are not only very noisy, but also cause significant harm to gardeners, destroying crops. The villagers themselves expressed their readiness to join the work.
There were collective complaints about the work of housing and communal services on road maintenance, snow clearing in winter, garbage collection. UE Housing and Public Utilities "Dubrovno-Kommunalnik" really does not always cope with large volumes of work, but an agricultural enterprise comes to the rescue. It was decided to continue and support this practice.
In general, all participants of the final meeting, representatives of regulatory services noted the effectiveness of the joint work of all those interested in solving issues of life support of the population, restoring order on the land and landscaping.
The Day of the Dobrynsky Village Council showed that here they try to maintain order at their own households, work responsibly at workplaces. As a result, during the monitoring of territories and facilities, the sanitary, environmental and land services of the district practically did not reveal violations.
Summing up, the chairman of the district executive committee Anatoly Lukashov positively noted the work of the Dobrynsky village executive committee. The head of the district also drew attention to the need to continue to work together: many issues related to the improvement of settlements and the life support of villagers are successfully solved in a team, with close interaction and cooperation of the village executive committee, responsible services, agricultural enterprises, organizations and the local population.
